EPIC Leadership Experiences
The EPIC Leadership Framework is my own personal take on what truly matters in modern leadership.
Originally coined by the US Green Berets as a model for performance under pressure – EPIC (Empathetic, Purposeful, Innovation, and Culture) inspired me to reflect deeply on what today’s leaders need not only to perform, but to connect, grow, and lead with integrity.
Over time, I developed a version grounded in the human side of leadership — shaped by my own experiences across education, coaching, and facilitation, and by the challenges I see emerging (and existing) leaders face every day.
