A key part of the process is reviewing the conditions for behavioural transfer, but these are just one phase. BehaviourShift™ adapts to each organisation’s needs.

I work with individuals, teams and organisations who want to see leadership development translate into real behavioural change, not just performance metrics. Everything I do is grounded in BehaviourShift principles, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of how people learn and lead in the real world.

Over 15 years delivering training, coaching and development programmes, I’ve seen first-hand that even the most brilliant interventions don’t always stick. Not because of the content, or the effort of those delivering it, but because the environment wasn’t always conducive for learning to be embedded and behaviours to be sustained. This insight shaped the creation of BehaviourShift, a methodology that ensures learning becomes real-world, lasting behaviour change.
